The
spiral is an ancient symbol of returning home.
For Efrat the spiral signifies
life's return upon itself - the journey
that takes us back to the places, faces and
patterns that are the so familiar yet never
the same. As Rafael-Simka Kahn wrote, they
serve as wonderful reminders
to rediscover our essence in all that life
brings:
Return
again, return again
Return to the land of your soul.
Return to what you are,
Return to who you are,
Return to where we are,
Born and reborn again.
Return Again.
Efrat’s
spirals come in many sizes ranging from
a couple of inches to several feet. They
are adorned with shells, stones, minerals
and gemstones, beads, feathers and found
objects. Copper, which is the primary material
that Efrat uses to create her "Spirals
of Life", is a healing and energizing
metal. |

Spirals
are wonderful energizers
for places in our interior or outdoor living spaces
where energy may be stagnant, focus is needed
or simply some color and movement would be welcomed.
Hang them on a wall, in a corner, in a window,
on your Christmas tree, by your computer, from
the rearview mirror of your car, from a branch,
by your entrance door.
